The Senior Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development will be responsible for supporting enterprise-wide strategy development, leading and monitoring high impact strategic initiatives, and helping define organic and inorganic growth strategies for Analog Devices. This individual will be responsible for working across the organization to provide expert guidance, build alignment between corporate, technology, and business unit level strategies, and ensure we are achieving the most important goals of ADI’s CEO and senior leadership team. They will report into ADI's Sr Director of Strategy & Corporate Development and interface with key executive and other stakeholders across the entire organization including, but not limited to, functional team leaders, business unit presidents, and the C-Suite, including the CEO.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Understand market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer movements, ecosystem trends, and new technologies to develop a robust, dynamic “outside in” and “inside out” perspective on ADI's enterprise-wide strategies.
Partner with the executive leadership team, as well as leadership across the business units, customer office, CTO, and operations, building productive relationships to understand their businesses and strategic objectives.
Help define inorganic growth strategy, from VC/startup ecosystem to transformational M&A, leading strategic due diligence and collaborating with the corporate development team on execution.
Influence colleagues and senior management, and collaborate cross-functionally across ADI, to continue to implement vision and strategy through a strong emphasis on key enterprise initiatives and innovative growth opportunities.
Support critical enterprise and business unit level projects, engaging with consulting firms when appropriate.
Assist in the strategic planning process and related monthly reviews, and support and coordinate divisional planning.
Provide robust program management capabilities.
Assist in the preparation of senior-level briefings and board materials, which involves summarizing and communicating insights at the right level from detailed analyses.
Balance multiple projects while providing clear thinking and excellent attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
