You will be essential to our team’s continued success and have an enormous impact on our company culture and workplace experience. We are looking for someone with great operational skills, an upbeat and approachable demeanor, and a willingness to cultivate the best employee experience for all Affirmers. This role will be based out of our office in San Francisco.What You'll Do

Manage and oversee daily operations in our San Francisco office to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently (includes janitorial services, HVAC maintenance, snacks & beverage management, and resolving general maintenance issues)Partner with the Sr. Manager, Real Estate & Workplace for onsite help with any office improvements, furniture installs, remodels, or dispositionsMeet with internal and cross-functional partners for alignment on projects or initiatives, especially our Physical Security and IT teamsAct as the main relationship builder with office vendors and building managementAct as the primary point of contact with the building, reporting and tracking support tickets; In addition, handling and resolving internal Workplace Support Portal tickets for local employeesMonitor office expenditure against agreed upon annual budgets and established purchase orders, while also reviewing and authorizing site-related invoices in our procurement systemServe as a key culture carrier for Affirm by educating employees about our office policies and procedures, maintaining the SF Office Guide, and coordinating local in-office events to foster a vibrant company cultureHelp with ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary to support your office employees, local Senior Leaders, and our Executive Leadership TeamOversee and foster a collaborative relationship with a part-time workplace contractor who will assist you with the daily management of our SF officeTravel domestically to our Seattle coworking office on a quarterly basisWhat We Look For

5+ years of office management, workplace, or facilities experience, with a strong emphasis on creating and delivering improved employee experiences in a fast-paced office environmentProficiency in Google Workspace and Slack is a must; Experience with Envoy, Notion, Coupa, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software a plusExceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex concepts/information to employees and Senior Leaders alikeDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and with a range of stakeholdersProven experience collaborating with external vendors such as architects, engineers, and third-party project managers on infrastructure projects or technical installations, you also possess strong organizational skills, enabling efficient management and prioritization of multiple projects with accuracySelf-starter with a strong sense of personal initiative; responsible, reliable and dependable with strong follow-throughHospitality-oriented with exceptional customer-service skills

Pay Grade - IEquity Grade - 5

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $115,000 - $155,000USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $102,000 - $142,000
