We are looking for a Commercial HVAC/R Service Manager to manage the service P/L for assigned branches, forecast manpower requirements, prioritize customer calls, ensure customer requirements are followed, oversee procurement of parts and supplies, maintain communication with customers, resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction, and develop long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.Job Responsibilities:Manages the Service P/L for assigned branch(s)Forecasts manpower requirementsEffectively prioritizes customer calls and advises dispatch accordinglyEnsures customer requirements are followed and calls are completed on a timely basisEnsures customer rules are accurately adhered to and approves work ordersReviews dashboards and financial reports and takes appropriate actionOversees the procurement of parts and suppliesMaintains communication with customers and ensures their expectations are metResolves issues or problems that impact customer satisfactionManages and maintains fleet, parts and materials inventoryDevelops and maintains long-term relationships with customers and subcontractorsQualifications:High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school. College degree is a plus10 + years of experience in the refrigeration/HVAC service, commercial construction, or a related industryProficiency in understanding and managing P&LAbility to solve problems and apply good judgementStrong customer service skills, including an ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns and ability to forge strong working relationships with customersAbility to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal lawsGood driving record5 + years of people management experienceHVAC, refrigeration, HVAC-R, diagnostic, commercial, service, mechanical, supervisor, leader
