Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Director of Digital Products.

Position Highlights:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Digital Products who will be an exceptional addition to our national marketing leadership team. This role will define and help implement our marketing technology solutions, lead the digital products team and partner with management on execution, driving collaboration with IT and Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics to continuously improve our marketing technology and digital ecosystem initiatives. Reporting to the National Vice President of Marketing at Tri Pointe’s Home Office, this role is pivotal in optimizing our digital processes and building a solid technological foundation to align with our long-term business growth. This role will provide expertise in B2C marketing technology architecture, design, and technology choices to ensure scalable and efficient solutions built to support Tri Pointe Homes’ long term digital customer journey goals.

Position Responsibilities:

In this strategic and operational role, you will further develop and lead the digital products team delivering high-performing, omni-channel customer-driven solutions across the marketing technology stack. You will provide expertise in platform selection, architecture, UI/UX, front-end and back-end design, security and performance measurement to ensure scalable, effective solutions.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy and roadmap that supports Tri Pointe’s vision, mission, values and business plan growth including e-commerce.

Lead current solutions, including Tri Pointe Homes’ direct-to-consumer website and mobile app, with the digital products team and external agency partners, identifying future needs, fixes, enhancements, and potential experiments.

Develop a forward-looking approach to identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies and recommend appropriate adoption and integration within the digital marketing ecosystem.

Collaborate with Marketing Automation team to execute digital personalization initiatives.

Collaborate with Marketing Automation, IT, Business Intelligence teams and external vendors on strategy and development of platform integrations, such as Salesforce, personalization, call/SMS application, video hosting, analytics, and chat platforms.

Provide technical guidance and support to the marketing team overall, including development of digital products training in collaboration with the digital products team and VP of Learning and Development.

Identify potential risks and issues related to digital products that could impact business success. Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies to address these challenges.

In collaboration with Marketing Automation and IT, ensure compliance with digital best practices, global data regulations, Tri Pointe Homes legal standards, and policies across the digital products ecosystem.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with 5+ years leading a direct-report team and external consultants.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing, implementing and supporting digital marketing technologies including website CMS, web/app development, personalization, APIs and integrations, digital asset management and marketing insights and analytics tools.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and channels, such as SEO, SEM, email, social and content management.

Understanding of best practice in development operations and code deployment approaches, with extensive experience in agile development methodology.

Understanding of best practices to minimize digital security vulnerabilities.

Highly knowledgeable of the marketing technology space with proven knowledge of leading and emerging players in the space.

Expert knowledge of web and mobile technologies, platforms and tools, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, React, iOS, Android GA4 and GTM.

Proficient in reading and understanding code across various codebases, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Understanding of platform integration tools that connect to web-based systems, including APIs, XML feeds, etc.

Customer-centric and data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value and quality.

The ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business results.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs and priorities.

Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

The expected base salary range for this position is between $162,300-211,200 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.

Bonus:

This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
