Electrical Mechanical Maintenance

The Performance Group is parterning with a Hanover, PA client to help them fill their Direct Hire needs Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Various Shifts Wednesday-Saturday 6am-6pm Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am Pay Rate: $30 DOE and shift Incentives: $5k sign on bonus payable at $2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at 12 months Offer 1 week vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO from Day 1. No accrual during 1st year General Position Rensponsibilites: Troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing equipment: motor control, DC/AC drives and controls, frying and baking equipment, sheeters, temperatures instrumentation, burner system and controls, packaging machines electronic scales, programmable logic controllers, etc. Coordinare and completes installation and wiring of manufacturing equipment such as pumps, fans, blowers and relay panels, etc. Troubleshoots and repairs various types of lighting Independently installs coduit, EMT, and Sealtite to all equipment Prepares, coordinates and implements preventative maintenance as scheduled Requires knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical and electronic applications acquired though a minimum of five years of experience Packaging machine experience preferred Must be able to read electrical prints and schematics Must be able to distinguish colors Must have Manufacturing EM Maintenance experience Must be able to lift objects up to 100lbs. and work heights up to 30 feet Requires working proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people If this is something you are interested in hearing more about, apply today or call/text us at 717-646-8108
