Business Systems Analyst

Analyze existing and proposed business processes;Assess alternative solutions to business software/hardware system problems;Write system process specifications to be used in system design;Create data mapping, reports, queries, data analysis, and presentations on existing business, competitors and vendors;Identify key business capabilities within the organization for Operations that require new or enhanced processes;Coordinate and conduct system requirements sessions with business owners/stakeholders/Specialized Knowledge Experts and Design and Development teams to gather requirements that must be included in new or improved systems;Translate technical requirements into action items to guide software development; andMarket the product to the focus prospect.

REQUIREMENTS:
