We ensure safety, quality and productivity for our customers across major industries around the world.Partner with the bestAs a Sales Director, you will be in a customer facing role responsible for winning business, developing notions on midterm developments, and contribute to the strategic plan of the larger business unit.As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for:Working with the Region Sales Managers and channel partners to establish orders and sales targets for the region.Establishing operating plan targets for Sales Managers and Channels to address the viability of the customer to achieve overall growth targets.Leading the sales team to develop unique business plans including key customers, product campaigns, and aftermarket solution strategies.Commercializing New Product Introductions (NPIs) and supporting product management team with recommendations for future NPI investments to grow market share.Growing installed base penetration and oversight for the WT Technical Sales and Product Specialists within the region.Working with the supply chain and services organizations to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both internally and with client.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Sales.Have a level III in UT & MT/PT.Have excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal and leadership skills.Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs/projects.Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established Project Management skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
