This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across customer-facing sales, solutions, and account teams, as well as product, finance, and marketing teams. The Director, Strategy will have a point-of-view and experience of understanding the opportunities that come with the evolution of identity, audiences, and analytics for media brands, media agencies, ad tech platforms & data companies, publishers, and advanced TV companies.Lead TransUnion's effort to grow its business in the U.S. within the media & entertainment vertical, with accountability for strategizing, writing, and activating on the annual 3-year planEngage deeply with a cross-functional matrix to enable bookings and revenueStay closely aligned with industry trends and movements and create strategic partnership opportunitiesAnalyze key business drivers, competitive sets and market impact, identify macro-economic impacts, regulatory changes, disruptive innovations, and industry specific trendsIdentify new product & solution opportunities, write opportunity briefs, and help influence strategic product prioritizationDrive strategy and content for thought leadership, industry events, PR agency engagement, and work closely with marketing and product marketing in GTM effortsManage monthly and quarterly revenue reporting processesAdapt and prioritize tasks effectively to meet shifting priorities and deadlinesMaintain a high level of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and judgment in handling sensitive informationPartner closely with senior leadership to develop strategic direction for projects and planningThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:TransUnion provides flexible benefits including flexible time off for exempt associates, paid time off for non-exempt associates, tuition reimbursement, additional (following any short-term disability) 10 weeks of parental leave with gradual return, adoption assistance, fertility coverage, spousal and domestic partner benefits, charity gift matching, employee stock purchase plan, retirement contributions with employer match, organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks, and access to TransUnion's Employee Resource Groups.We are committed to being a place where diversity is not only present, it is embraced. This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s).
