Associate General Counsel - Leading Real Estate Developer

Partnering with a leading Real Estate Developer, our client is sourcing for an Associate General Counsel to join their expanding legal team.The ideal candidate has experience in Real Estate and should have some of the qualifications below:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in a state Bar.At least eight years of legal experience, generally including 10-12 years of relevant work.Experience with securitization and capital markets transactions, ideally gained from a prominent law firm or corporate legal department.Comprehensive understanding of federal securities laws and market practices.Skilled in leading, managing, and executing transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents for complex residential or commercial mortgage-related securities transactions.Familiarity with legal and regulatory policy issues impacting the securities and mortgage-backed securities (MBS) markets.If you or anybody you know is at all interested, please apply or reach out directly.
