You'll be responsible to make technology investment decisions by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or for building new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 7 years of experience in digital product managementPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master's degree5+ years of experience in Agile product management5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital productsCapital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $233,100 - $266,000San Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $246,900 - $281,800This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days.
