Our company is a leading supplier of various antennas to premiere commercial and defense companies. Because of strong demand and continued growth for our innovative, high-performance products, we are looking for qualified people to join our engineering team.
The Program Manager will be responsible for:Updating the Master Schedules to track project milestones and deliverables against an aggressive project timeline.Serving as the customer point of contact to translate customer needs into clearly defined action items for the team.Conducting internal meetings with team or customer to review program status, actions, and path forward.Managing PLM database to track technical defects, tasks, milestones, etc., and track these items to closure.Preparing technical reports and presentations for customer delivery.

Salary: $100,000 per year
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
1 to 3 years professional experience in engineering (leadership role preferred); project management experience and PLM database exposure; strong understanding of PCBA design, assembly, and test; basic understanding of RF power amplifier circuits is a plus; highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Knowledge of IBM DOORs and IBM Rational CLM Tools.
Skills:
Ability to work with customers and lead a team; organized and detail-oriented to stay on top of a project; hard-working, capable of working long hours when required.
