Total Quality Management System

Develops, manages, and monitors quality policies to ensure client deliverables are reviewed internally and externally (where applicable) prior to submittals to client.

Manages and monitors relevant performance measures to ensure continuous improvement and professional development related to PA quality control and quality assurance.

Contract Administration

Manages and coordinates assigned staff to ensure all contractually obligated project requirements are met and enforced such as insurance, invoicing, sub-agreements, personnel, etc.

Manages contract scoping, fee development and negotiations.

Manages and coordinates with project managers to ensure all proposal requirements are met during the pre-contract phases of projects.

Direct project controls as necessary for project initiation.

Marketing and Business Development

Develops and executes marketing responsibilities in coordination with the PA or Division Leader.

Develops and maintains client relations.

Directs and coordinates staff involvement in marketing and business development activities.

Project Administration and Management

Manages utilization to realize maximum revenue earning potential.

Manages input and participates in staff meetings and performance reviews.

Manages staff professional development activities.

Education and Experience:

Four-year college degree required, with a minimum of 15 plus years of experience. Degree in aviation management, urban planning, engineering, architecture, quantitative analysis, math, computer science, or public administration is most appropriate. Graduate degree is preferred.

Licensing/Certifications:

Professional License/Technical Certifications in area of specialization preferred.

Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit for long periods of time, bend, use hands to manipulate (type), talk and hear; walk; sit, and lift or move no more than ten (10) pounds. Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week – periodic weekend or evening work is expected. Some travel to other offices or job sites could occur (less than 20%).

The position reports to a Vice President or other member of senior leadership.
