We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to direct and oversee our executive talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on attracting both active and passive executive candidates across Trinity Health. In this role, you will represent Trinity Health and its ministries, leveraging your expertise in strategic talent search and value proposition development to attract top-tier executive talent.

You will partner with internal executive leadership, System Office leaders, CHROs, Diversity and Inclusion partners, and HR Operations teams to craft and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will manage the entire executive recruitment process, including tracking key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with internal succession planning. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate closely with the Organizational Effectiveness team to meet the strategic business needs of our Service Area Talent Acquisition teams.

Work Focus:

Serves as a technical resource and influences executive senior leadership on sourcing strategies. Develops, leads, and communicates a talent acquisition recruitment strategy to stakeholders. Provides consultation, guidance, and specialized expertise to senior leadership in addressing executive recruitment needs, providing related problem resolution, and developing innovative solutions. Participates in the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and closing candidate offers. Oversees and develops recruitment strategies and plans that identify and foster relationships with prospective leadership candidates through targeted search efforts, passive outreach, social networking, and referrals from internal and external sources. Sources and networks with candidates to support workforce planning initiatives and oversees the development and maintenance of an internal database of prospects through ATS.

Process Focus:

Knows, understands & incorporates basic knowledge of TH policies, practices & processes to ensure quality, confidentiality, & safety are prioritized. Ensures the most cost-effective methodology, tools, and techniques are employed. Tracks and monitors key performance indicators and metrics related to candidate pipelines and hiring. Establishes and develops search strategies from consultation with hiring executives and working with executive search firms that specialize and complement the healthcare industry, as appropriate. Collaborates with Legal, Total Rewards, and System and/or Regional HR Leadership to ensure that candidates are provided with information related to the positions (e.g., benefits, relocation eligibility, etc.) and that offer package(s) are created for selected candidates by organizational parameters. Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily acquire new knowledge. Collaborate on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & candidate, colleague and/or customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of seven (7) years progressively more responsible experience in talent acquisition, including extensive responsibility of full life cycle recruiting experience of positions at leadership and above level.

Must be able to travel to the various Trinity Health sites (20%) as needed.

Additional Qualifications (Nice to have):

Experience in a multi-site/location, multi-location business, and/or integrated health system experience

Experience in healthcare

Certification: SHRM, SHRM Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter
