Pershing X will deliver the industry’s leading end-to-end advisory platform, helping financial service firms solve the challenge of managing multiple and disconnected technology tools and data sets for their advisors and fuelling our clients’ business growth. Onboarding/Training POD

is responsible for all aspects of end-to-end onboarding.

Training will be responsible for developing internal/external training product roadmaps to expand our product development strategy.

Oversees any enterprise-wide learning programs, special projects and initiatives (e.g., Platform, change management, acquired business skills learning programs development, etc.)Partners with senior leadership regarding significant learning program requirements due to new/revised regulatory requirements, business strategies, or new technology initiatives.Monitors program effectiveness and tests performance against external metrics and internal goals/objectives.Oversees:

Development of learning program components, curriculum design, gap assessment & analysis, and outcomes assessment. Serves as senior strategist on learning programs with organizational senior leadership.Program development administration, analysis and reporting activities for high visibility, transformational development and employee performance programs which require specialized technical expertise in aligning human behavior with complex business objectives and strategies.

Collaborates with functional leaders to determine approaches/methodologies for program design and administration.Evaluates, selects and implements all vendor or third-party partners delivering compliance, technical skills or technology-related services, ensuring quality service and delivery.Serves as senior learning professional on aligning assigned initiatives with global business strategies.

Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Provides feedback at the most critical times. Directs the learning programs and policies for the Bank.

Serves as an advisor to top HR leaders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor‘s degree in organization development, psychology, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Advanced degree preferred.10-15 years of total work experience and 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of technical aspects of learning program and curriculum design, program assessment and delivery methodologies.Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $273,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
