Responsibilities:

Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios

Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care

Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

Active

RN

License in the state.

Master’s Degree , or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required.

Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required and three years of experience in nursing management preferred.

Current BLS and ACLS required.

Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
