The Senior Project Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls project-planning and performance activities for effective management of electronic security installation projects. This role is responsible for overall project budget management, project surveys, material procurement, project implementation, and inspection scheduling.Pay Range: $80k-$150kRESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain an active communication pattern with vendors and customers while balancing time versus profits.Determine, allocate, and maximize available resources through project planning.Establish and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry and competitive practices.Implement changes in project, contract price, and installation plans.Support company's invoicing and collection efforts.Manage Project budget and project P&L responsibility.Prepare the project installation plan and manage job procedures.Maintain construction schedules and coordinate task-scheduling.Define project problems to assure project profitability.Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.Supervise installation labor and sub-contractors.Troubleshoot project issues and develop contingency plans.QUALIFICATIONS:Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms is a plus.A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the electronic security industry.Proficient with MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and perform tasks of moderate to high complexity.Superb verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Solid knowledge of PM techniques and tools.Associate’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.PMP from the Project Management Institute.BENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.Enrollment in our company’s 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan.Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.If you have any questions regarding Equal Employment Opportunity or require an accommodation during the recruitment process, please contact our local Human Resources department.Job ID:
