Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice ProviderJoin a supportive Advanced Practice Team in a role supporting the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Danvers, MA.This community-based practice specializes in the care of patients with a variety of hematologic oncologic diagnoses, focusing on both hematologic malignancies and solid tumor patient populations. This role involves providing direct care to outpatient patients at our Danvers site. With an interdisciplinary team approach, this provider will promote a collaborative relationship between providers, professional nurses, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of patient care and develop expertise in these fields.Responsibilities include:Managing a panel of patients.Caring for patients throughout their continuum of care.Fostering collaboration with other professionals within the hospital and clinics to facilitate patient care.We emphasize a consistent and sustainable work-life balance and a culture committed to minimizing the risk of burnout. Proficiency with Epic and EMRs preferred.
