Together, we won't stop!Reporting to the Senior Director of Transformation, Procurement and Supply Chain (P&SC), this position is responsible for achieving the transformation agenda as it relates to the Elevate Program at T-Mobile, working closely with partners across P&SC and the Elevate Transformation teams. This role leads the team responsible for identifying and launching transformative driven programs to inform, influence, support and execute the end state vision of supply chain transformation. The position plays a critical role in scoping key business requirements for all supply chain processes, and ensuring the tools (models, analytical tools, etc.) are available to deliver robust business plans at various levels of the organization.The Sr Manager, Transformation (P&SC) will play a key role in T-Mobile's shift to a more dynamic and integrated supply chain organization. This position will aim to improve the quality and efficiency of supply chain processes while reducing cycle time and effort with the goal of providing management with more accurate and timely information that enables better decision making.This position will collaborate across all major process areas inside and outside of the P&SC and Elevate Transformation teams, including Care, Retail, Network Ops, etc. Primary interactions will be with the leaders across the supply chain team (primarily Device), our selected ERP software vendor, our selected System Integrator, internal IT and Data teams. Primary responsibilities include driving the design and implementation of the device lifecycle management new processes and tools, including development of new business and technical capabilities, leading to partner integration and adoption of new technology. Position plays a key role in the evangelizing of transformative technology and processes, operations, data, and governance across all impacted stakeholders.Responsibilities:

Management, development, and coaching: Leverages goal setting, ongoing assessment, coaching, and performance evaluation to support performance and behavior objectives for direct reports. Understands and communicates the functional group's vision and creates alignment of their area to that vision. Recognizes development needs and identifies/creates development opportunities within workgroup. Contributes to succession, diversity and talent pool planning.Execute on the P&SC transformation; implementing short- and long-term enhancements, including the development, documentation, and validation processes. Manage multiple project deliverables including identifying necessary resources and developing a schedule to meet completion deadlines.An initial focus will be on the analysis and understanding of supply chain operational processes, engaging senior P&SC managers to understand problem use cases, identify process simplifications and improvements, and work to gain consensus on approach. Identifying and incorporating key data and operational dependencies and risk across supply chain organizations.Define the P&SC transformation opportunities, roadmap and execution details as it relates to specific projects, like device lifecycle management.Lead a cross-functional team that is responsible for the design, build and delivery of transformational programs with ability to develop an implementation plan, design, development, test and deployment of future state capabilities.
