As the Director of Content Transformation for the Learning Lab team, you will shape the future of learning content and assessment authoring. Leveraging your experience with generative AI and business process transformation, you will drive the Learning Lab team's AI-powered experimentation, authoring tool roadmap, and adoption, transforming how the team generates and manages learning content, video, interactivity, and assessments.This role is flexible, allowing you to partner with your manager to define your work style, whether in the office or from home. Travel to Redmond (if not Redmond-based) and around the world for internal and external meetings is required.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.
