Temporary Marketing Events Coordinator

Job Description Summary:Fenwick is seeking a Temporary Marketing Events Coordinator who will work on developing, promoting, and implementing various events including branded and co-branded programs, webinars, sponsorships, client entertainment, and more. This position supports strategic projects aimed at building brand awareness and improving the effectiveness of event-based marketing.The Events Coordinator reports to the Sr. Manager of Events and collaborates with other departments to achieve firm-wide marketing and retention goals.Job Description:Marketing Events and Internal Events

Support the events team.Oversee and coordinate impactful events for external and internal audiences.Serve as lead or support for event production, including logistics and ROI analysis.Ensure events are cost-effective and delivered on time.Recommend innovative solutions for event programs and execution.Liaise with multiple offices regarding event logistics and follow-up.Assist in developing metrics to improve event efficiency.Evaluate vendor relationships for service quality and cost effectiveness.Client Relations

Plan and execute events that meet client appreciation expectations.Collaborate on budget management and ROI analysis for client-hosted events.General Marketing & Events Team Support

Manage the events and promotional items budget.Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and budget requests.Participate in department initiatives as assigned.Perform other related duties as assigned.Desired Skills and Qualifications:Strong relationship-building skills with vendors and partners.Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems effectively.Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of technology industries.Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.Detail-oriented and organized.Self-motivated and proactive.Willingness to travel for events as necessary.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of event planning experience, preferably in a law or professional services firm, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Benefits and Compensation Details:Fenwick offers a comprehensive benefit program to support employee health and well-being.
