Job SummaryEnsure our technology ecosystem can support the strategic objectives and use cases identified by business and marketing partners.Evaluates existing technology, processes, and operating models to identify and capitalize on opportunities for optimization and improvement.Advocates for holistic approaches to marketing capability solutions with a focus on automation, scale, and efficiency.Provides the bridge between the business and/or marketing stakeholders and the platform and technology teams supporting those products, ensuring priorities are clearly aligned across all stakeholders. In partnership with BSA, understands how platform features, capabilities and enhancements may benefit business and marketing stakeholders, and identifies opportunities for piloting and long-term adoption of both new and existing features.Understands business objectives, and supports translating those objectives into detailed use cases, business requirements, and provides all other documentation and input required by technology partners.Develop a deep understanding of client needs, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver positive outcome-oriented solutions.Location:

BachelorsResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for leading the strategy on the platform and product, manage communication on all products and projects, work closely with stakeholders and business partners to remove blockers, manage schedules, manage SOW, and manage the budget for LOB.This individual will schedule and manage meetings with stakeholders and business partners and will create and manage a project management dashboard, create and manage presentation decks to influence stakeholders and leadership for future state, and meet regularly with scrum teams, marketing partners, and technical audiences to meet the needs of our customers.Own all aspects of the platform, from development and implementation to production, including understanding stakeholder needs, prioritizing potential solutions, and measuring success through key metrics.QualificationsExperience level: ExperiencedMinimum 10 years of experienceEducation: BachelorsSkillsBusiness Objects
