Description:Requirements:3 years of tactical experience as a community manager with Facebook/Instagram/MetaDeveloping reporting on impacts of social media/community management using social media tools such as Brandwatch, Khoros, Sprout Social, etc.Experience with a brand style guideDesires:Agency experienceCollaborative with clients or business unitsBuilding a playbook for community managementSecondary Skills - Nice to Haves:Experience with social media platformsJob Description:The day to day includes:Being very tactical and collaborativeIdentifying and engaging with difficult conversations on Facebook/Instagram/MetaEscalating to, and working with, the marketing/communication reps within the business units to deliver responsesDocumenting and building out a playbook for community managementDeveloping reporting on the impact of social media and community managementUsing Brandwatch, Khoros, Sprout Social, and other social media management toolsThis role is NOT:Creating contentPosting on social mediaBuilding editorial calendarsWorking with TikTokAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Agency experience will be a huge plus.Employee Value Proposition (EVP):This is a great opportunity to join an internal digital agency.
