And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.We are seeking a highly effective supply chain program manager to lead an organizational wide inventory management program. In this role, the candidate will create and lead the best practices across AWS' semiconductor supply chain in close collaboration with both internal and external cross functional teams. This program is critical to help enable AWS’s ISCaP team achieve continuity of supply and cost goals.The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, particularly in Finance, program management experience, be comfortable diving deep into data, have strong writing skills, lead executive-level reviews, and communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the company, both in writing and in meetings.In this role, you will:Serve as a key member of the AWS Infrastructure supply chain team in helping to define and deliver key processes to manage complex supply chain strategies.Build robust and scalable sourcing processes that interface with all critical components within AWS' server architecture.Manage complex financial and legal requirements and lead key inventory activities that will impact our supply chain.Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design.Handle multiple projects at once, deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities.Drive the development of scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization.Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is hard-working, meticulous and energetic, who gets things done at an effective pace, gets results, and is comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering or other related quantitative disciplines.4+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, Finance or related field.2+ years of experience in program managing complex projects and products.1+ years of Financial modeling experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or related field, or MBA.Experience in Financial analysis and vendor contracts.Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong leadership skills and ability to assume leadership role with cross-functional peers.Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
