Senior Meals Site Manager
Berlin
The Site Manager is responsible for maintaining smooth and effective operations for all components of the congregate meals & delivery of meals to the homebound residents. The Manager oversees all components of nutrition, meal preparation and services. The Manager builds and maintains a positive profile of the Program and within the community to promote older adult services and nutrition.
Provides outreach and referral services for all program participants, to include accurate reporting for home delivered and congregate clients.
Oversees operations of site, including direct/indirect supervision of kitchen staff, recruiting staff and volunteers, and ensuring all positions have back-up.
Oversees compliance with all Health Department and Serve Safe Regulations and safety protocols.
Imperative deadlines are met and reports are accurately completed.
The right candidate will be outgoing, personable with high energy and positivity to promote senior well-being and healthy aging.
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification.
One year to three years of similar or related experience. High school diploma required. Experience in Food Service a plus.
Full-time; 35 hours per week with benefits.
