We deliver real change and measurable results through our diverse, high-performing teams.The opportunityThe work office will be in Crystal City, VA.As the Technical Product Lead, you’ll lead a group of professionals focusing on platform architecture and engineering, supporting delivery of solutions to the GPS practice. You’ll be accountable for design, engineering, delivery, as well as operations and maintenance of solutions in classified Azure Cloud while driving relevant technology standards, providing stability, security, auditability, and performance.Your key responsibilitiesDefining the strategy and roadmap of assigned Platforms and Technologies in Azure Classified CloudsInteracting, influencing a group of engineers, operations team and vendors dedicated to securely automate, and integrate solutionsResponsible for thought leadership ensuring offerings supporting organization’s overall strategy and goalsProactively evolving and applying DevSecOps methodologies, standards and leading practicesEnsuring re-use through consumption and expansion of shared platform technology assetsProviding direction, training and support to GPS Technology Enclave membersIdentifying, communicating and mitigating Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full lifecycleProviding regular updates about Technology Product direction and release plansPartnering with internal customers to validate requirements and prioritiesTrain, certify and serve supporting Key Management InfrastructureIn collaboration with Information System Security Officer (ISSO), provide applicable security measures and processesSkills and attributes for successStrong technical knowledge and/or specific domain expertise in classified IT domainsHighly advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging platforms in Azure CloudExcellent knowledge and experience on project management processes and project controlsExcellent interpersonal communication and organizational skillsAbility to inspire teams by building consensus and mediating compromises when necessaryOperational abilities including early life support and driving root cause analysis and remediationTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferredMore than 10 years in an engineering role using service and hosting solutionsKnowledge and working experience in Azure Government CloudExperience with any claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, RBAC, or ABACAbility to obtain and maintain Top Secret U.S. Security ClearanceIdeally, you’ll also haveExperience as a prior Product Manager responsibility or relevant experienceBudgeting, partnering and leadership skillsWhat we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.If you can demonstrate that you meet the criteria above, please contact us as soon as possible.
