We have an exciting opportunity for a

Tax Administrator

to help our Tax Administration department in a variety of important ways. The Tax Administrator is responsible for assisting in the coordination of our process improvement and tax training for Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants, as well as assisting in other areas of Tax, including performance management, Promapp processes, tax software improvement, billing, automation, project management, and other related projects, as needed.Essential Functions

Facilitate tax administrative training schedule on all tax softwarePrepare training materials/schedulesTrain newly acquired tax office staff on admin procedures/processesReview all Promapp processes and maintain updatesSchedule regular tax administrative process improvement workshopsSchedule regular check-in meetings with tax Executive AssistantsResearch/review new software solutions and/or updatesWork with ops teams as tax administrative representativeManage tax deadline project clean-up and updatesAttend Tax Manager WIP meetings and communicate any updates to administrative staffStay up to date on IRS changes and update tax administrative staff accordinglyGenerate invoices after-tax work completedWork with IT on automation of tax administrative processesMaintain and update all tax administrative documents and communicate them to administrative staffSkills/Attributes
