Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS)
to manage the mobile response teams of
Belmont, Harrison, and Monroe Counties, Ohio
for youth and families. This program is designed to reduce youth hospitalization and out-of-home placement. Come join an incredible leadership team and be a member of Coleman's new initiatives for youth and the crisis continuum of care.Employee Package includes:Salary between $68,000 - $71,000 annually based on experience and licensureAnnual Wellness reimbursementAccrue three weeks of paid-time off during the first yearBereavement time off$400 annual CEU reimbursementReimbursement for credential renewalsDuties for Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services include, but are not limited to:Providing clinical and administrative supervisionProgram and service administration and developmentBudget development, monitoring, and marketing needs through designated countiesData collection and managing fidelity of the programGreat leadership opportunities and connections with our local ADM Board and other Community PartnershipsSome on-call responsibilities will be required.Minimum Qualifications for Director of Mobile Response and Stabilization Services:Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field2 years' or more experience in the mental health fieldWilling to get NPI and Medicaid Billing number (we'll help!)Valid driver's license and maintain an excellent driving recordPreferred
