Surgeon should have a medical license in good standing and be BC/BE in NeurosurgeryIdeal candidate will be energetic and motivated with strong patient-centered practice philosophyGreat Opportunity for experienced and newer spine surgeons to come into a market with two extremely busy spine surgeons and interventional pain physicians in the same practice.Expect 2-2.5 OR days and 2.5-3 days in office per weekIncentive/Benefits Package:
Lucrative partnership-track roleCompetitive compensation including a share of ancillary profits and a new ASC ownership opportunityRelocation allowance and base salary plus productivity-based bonuses23+ year market leading practice experiencing steady growthThe TOI Ocala market currently consists of 15 very busy physicians.In the South market there are 2 Int. We are a leading private orthopedic and neurosurgical group in Florida with 53 physicians across more than 10 officesTOI is looking to recruit to fulfill the huge demand for spine surgery in the Ocala Market.The primary focus for the position will be an elective Spine practiceStrong patient base with a busy practice located in one of the fast growing areas in the country.Robust infrastructure and support to help ramp up your practice with a highly collaborative cultureThis practice has state of the art MRI, physical therapy and a brand new outpatient surgery centerOcala is a beautiful family-friendly community that is centrally located and convenient to both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of Florida with easy access to two major international airports and countless outdoor attractions. Ideally located only an hour and a half drive to Tampa and Orlando for big city attractions without having to deal with the day to day big city problems.
