The successful candidate will play an integral role in directing and executing business goals and objectives for profitable, sustainable growth. This includes implementing key business initiatives including lean manufacturing and helping develop high-performance teams. The right candidate should be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understand the business implications of decisions, and display an orientation toward profitability.Responsibilities:Complete leadership responsibility for performance and overall development of business unitManage the operations with a result driven framework focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goalsEmpower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive and balanced in approach to achieve commitmentsPlan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics/goalsIntegrate manufacturing, materials and maintenance functions ensuring processes result in high quality throughputLead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position resulting in reduced turn time and costProvide leadership and employee development through selection/talent acquisition, performance management, training/development, coaching/mentoring and motivation of management, supervisory and hourly personnel in alignment with the business goals and objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus10+ years in Manufacturing Operations management with current P&L responsibility
Total Compensation:
Commensurate with Experience
