Job Description - This position is 100% Remote
Duties:
The Partnership Engagement Associate is responsible for operational and administrative support to Customer Success and the Head of Business Development.
Support the team with projects and tasks throughout the sales and customer lifecycle for current and future partners.
Become an expert in Swish products and services and effectively communicate them to prospects, new customers, and existing partners.
Gain a deep understanding of the global sports betting industry, develop and maintain new relationships within the sector.
Understand customer product/service needs and effectively communicate them to internal stakeholders at Swish.
Administer and deliver required contract, departmental, project, and customer reports.
Display a professional demeanor with the ability to support the execution of high profile corporate partner requests and inquiries.
Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email, and video conferencing.
Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients.
Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks within Customer Success and Business Development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or similar fields.
Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills.
Ability to comprehend client inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds.
Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football.
Results-driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Preferred:
Sports betting industry experience.
Prior work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company.
Experience working with API-oriented products.
