We help leadership to see around corners and define their top business priorities – and then translate those areas of focus into practical projects that will drive critical value for the organization. We’re problem solvers, with a pragmatic sense of how to prioritize and get things done!As part of the team, you’ll play a critical role in helping Adobe drive value from these initiatives. You’ll help to deliver the strategy and execution of crucial projects, looking across the full project lifecycle from defining the approach to operationalizing the plan to tracking its impact. Your ability to think critically in order to break down complex problems, drive alignment between cross-functional partners, and translate plans into action will be essential to success.What You'll DoSupport high-impact projects across their lifecycle, including:Identifying the problem statement and value-at-stakeCrafting the strategy, using data to inform the approachImplementing the approach by partnering across the organizationQuantifying the impact of the initiative and finding opportunities for optimization going forwardEngage frequently leadership to share progress, recommendations, and insightsCollaborate with cross-functional partners – including Sales, Operations, Analytics, Finance, and MarketingWhat You’ll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 – June 2025Background in consulting, strategy, or operations - especially in SaaS or Digital environmentsAbility to break-down complex problemsProven track record of partnering cross-functionally to implement initiativesStrong communication, executive presentation, and interpersonal skillsComfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomyPassion for tech and B2B salesOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,900 -- $170,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
