Assistant Packaging Designer

The Assistant Packaging Designer will support the Packaging Design team throughout the design process for packaging and display concepts, adhering to licensed brand guidelines from initial concept to the creation of finalized, brand-approved "ready for press" files. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on underwear, loungewear, and intimates packaging for a variety of renowned national brands!Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Senior Packaging Designer and Packaging & Corporate Creative Services Team to conceptualize, develop, and execute design strategies spanning both print and digital platformsLead the team to produce and finalize packaging and display mechanicals to "ready for press" (RFP) standardsContribute to photo shoots when necessary, ensuring alignment with design objectivesDemonstrate exceptional time management skills to consistently deliver top-tier work within the constraints of fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFoster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals and business objectivesQualifications:Bachelors in related fieldExperience in packaging design, and POS displaysStrong sense of design, typography, and color managementStrong creativity, conceptualization, execution, organization, and design skillsExperience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeExperience creating rfp (ready for print) mechanicals a plusExperience with PLM and Product Management software a plusExperience with licensed branding a plusAnnual salary: $50,000The disclosed salary is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
