What are we looking for in our Senior Art Director?
Remote role3 months Contract (with possibility of extension)Pay-rate: $110-135/hr on W2 depending on experience
Seeking an Art Director to craft Marketing creative on behalf of brands in partnership with agencies and product marketersThis role will develop brand building work that will cultivate our brand look and feel with a heavy focus on working with internal teams and external creative agencies. The successful candidate will continually push for innovation, never settling for the status quo. This person must have a strong background in Art Direction (agency or client side) and must be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record of execution across multiple media formats.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development:Develop executions that strongly resonate with a range of audiences while maintaining consistency for the brandWork cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideasPartner closely with design and the larger team to deliver the entire production process, from conceptualization to final asset delivery for various media formats and channel needs.Cultivate trust across the wider marketing organization, including Marketing, Program Management, etc.Oversee internal and agency work with the ability to provide strategic feedback for art or copySkills :Art Direction experience across the full palette of creative expression: traditional, digital and experiential; photography and technology experience requiredComfortable working independently or with a creative partnerConceptual chops and ability to be hands-onCapacity to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesDemonstrated expertise in innovative brand visualsProficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, After Effects), Figma, Google tools.Qualifications8+ years relevant experience.Additional InformationTop 3 must-have HARD skills:
