As part of this role, you will:Lead collaborative solutioning for integrating experimentation and feature flagging integration into the most important application and channels.
Drive best-practice application of feature flags in development of dynamic software including successful use in server-driven-UI.
Define emergent problem statements and strategic implications in order to enlist organization resources to address horizontal-and-high-leverage opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years of experience in digital product management
At least 3 years experience applying feature flagging and experimentation to a product
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master's degree
5+ years of experience in Agile product management
Understands how feature flags are used in software development

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $233,100 - $266,000 for Director, Product ManagementSan Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $246,900 - $281,800 for Director, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
