The ideal candidate will ensure that the website is user-friendly and offers up-to-date, relevant content to support the company's strategic goal of driving engagement within the scientific community and establishing ourselves as the leader in Spatial Biology.The talented web manager must have the time management and organization skills to set deadlines and deliverables to create web pages, microsites, etc. The candidate must also have strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with the project team and address any bottlenecks.Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in website management and professional UX Design experience4+ years of people management experience in web development is required.Minimum 5 years experience developing new WordPress sites. Portfolio samples are required.Expert in HTML and CSS Proficient in one or more CSS frameworks - Bootstrap/Foundation 6Proficient with jQuery, strong Javascript skills desirableExperience in strategic planning and execution for full-scale global website management, including design and optimizationExperience with the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, and other web platform-toolsAbility to think big - constantly pushing boundaries and elevating the expectations of what's possibleStrong understanding of UX processes and usability principlesPassion for designing beautiful, usable, and accessible web experiencesFamiliarity with project management tool Monday.com is desirableQualifications

Lead and manage the execution of web development-focused initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) for the site based on business needs, data, insights, trends, etc.Provide strong UX/UI design leadership, champion bold ideas, and inspire innovation to increase web conversion.Define, drive, and track key performance indicators and success metrics for marketing content/experiences and web development operations.You will partner with marketers, creatives, and product management teams to deliver powerful data-driven insights to drive awareness, engagement, satisfaction, and conversion across our website.You will be responsible for employing best practices for SEO, tracking, analyzing, reporting website performance, and recommending and implementing strategies for improvement.This role will work collaboratively to identify opportunities and solutions that support business goals and move our internal partners' objectives forward in meaningful ways.Drive transformation of how marketing and educational experiences are built and distributed across web surfaces.Focus on building new scalable capabilities, experiences, and a roadmap for marketing content and experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables and lead project execution.Manage a team of a full-time web developer, consultant, and agency.Please provide a summary of your experience, expertise, and interest in the position, and a link to your portfolio and/or code samples (or Dribble, GitHub, etc. account).At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $98,000 and $156,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
