The hotel's unique location alongside Media Production City studios provides guests with a blend of fantasy and tradition, creating a memorable experience.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement comprehensive landscape plans and designs.Oversee landscape installation and construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.Manage and supervise landscape maintenance crews, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Procure and manage landscape materials, equipment, and resources.Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices.Manage landscape budgets and financial performance.Ensure compliance with local landscaping regulations and permits.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in landscape management and supervision.Strong knowledge of plant materials, soil conditions, and irrigation systems.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and drawings.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in landscape design software (if applicable).
