As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the usability and functionality of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with product and development teams to implement design solutions.Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a hybrid model environment.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.SYNECHRON S DIVERSITY & INCLUSIONDiversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
