McLean, VA . This is a

hybrid

position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage delivery of solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of the customer’s processes and applications.Collaborate with stakeholders and scrum teams to deliver projects that scale customer business and mission needs.Create project plans and lead the scrum and engineering teams to adhere to milestones and goals.Facilitate cross-functional team syncs using agile ceremonies to deliver effective solutions without compromising quality and timeliness.Author program deliverables, stakeholder maps, project confluence, and maintain a central repository of project documentation.Analyze business requirements and validate against return on investment.Develop senior level briefings and use appropriate technologies to enable integration and collaboration.Basic Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related technical field of experience or five (5) years project management experience serving as a Project Manager.10+ years project management experience or project management experience serving as a technical lead on projects with similar responsibilities.Experience implementing business applications in high technology or software services support organizations.Experience managing Agile Scrum Teams.Experience using Jira to establish and track development milestones.Expertise in project and resource management, with a proven ability to assess and enhance existing applications for technical improvements.Solid track record establishing and enforcing policies and procedures related to application architecture, quality standards, and testing.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in a related business or technical field (e.g., MBA, PhD).Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, etc.).Effective communication skills in using technical expertise with cross-functional stakeholders.Critical thinker and advocate of business users without compromising technology teams' needs.Clearance Requirements:TS/SCI with polygraph.Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureThe projected compensation range for this position is $157,900-$263,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (for Remote Opportunities), education, and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
