Overall Responsibilities:Deliver clear H1 and H2 plans in a way that aligns with the broader Payments OKR & portfolio planning processes.Collaborate with UX team leadership in key project decision-making, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.Provide operational excellence across teams to deliver the highest level of trust-building and execution toward Payments products.Align stakeholders and product requirements across multiple PAs in order to prioritize & sequence work.Act as a bridge between UX, Engineering, and Product Management (PM) teams, connecting all three groups and making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for.Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management.Drive execution of Product Excellence programs across Surfaces and Western Markets.Continue to build upon UX review processes for new features, development, and launch.Identify and execute on opportunities to help the team scale their velocity and impact.Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding vision, project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:Planning execution.Portfolio Review execution.UX Review processes and pipeline management.Clear communication and partnership with UX, tPgM, and XFN teams.Skill/Experience/Education:Mandatory BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated and experienced program management skills, with the ability to lead complex operational initiatives.Proven ability to onboard quickly to complex problem spaces.Ability to work effectively across functions & disciplines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build strong relationships with multiple (and senior) stakeholders.6+ years of complex Program Management experience.Familiarity with user-centered development, with a record of driving impactful work across organizations.Self-starter, ability to operationalize programs from 0 to 1.
