Bringing your proven track record in strategic product marketing roadmaps and executing Go to Market plans, coupled with your forte for price positioning conversations and managing product portfolio success, you’ll harness the power of technology to strategize global product portfolio success.You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, working alongside Product Managers and Product Owners to achieve shared outcomes. Your mission will be to ensure our product offerings are clearly communicated and resonate with our target audience, driving both engagement and sales.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and a key part of our Marketing leadership team, you’ll own the global development, execution, and maintenance of our product marketing strategy in alignment with the Gallagher Security brand to build loyalty, recognition, and a dominant market presence.What You'll Achieve:Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with our global brand and business goals.Lead a talented team to create compelling value propositions and messaging for Gallagher Security products.Ensure our sales teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell our solutions.Foster a culture of innovation, continuously improving how we market our products in a competitive landscape.Who You'll Work With:

Internally, you'll collaborate closely with our global marketing team, solution delivery teams, and sales force. Externally, you'll engage with vendors, end-users, and channel partners to drive market awareness and adoption.The FitWe’re looking for a forward-thinking, strategically astute leader, with a strong track record of developing talent and driving high performance. You’ll be future-focused, with strong relationship management skills, and have the confidence to challenge thinking and influence internal stakeholders.With proven experience in creating and maintaining a consistent product marketing identity, you’ll be able to evolve our product marketing strategy to align with the goals and values of Gallagher Security.
