Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., is a multi-office national defense firm, seeking Georgia licensed attorneys with general liability, trucking, cargo loss, auto accidents, and premises liability experience for our Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate would have 3-6+ years civil litigation experience, preferably with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.Work would entail reviewing and preparing motions, covering hearings, preparing clients for depositions, and attending depositions as well. We are in search of seasoned litigators who can handle files from open to close. Experience with medical records analysisDraft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, appellate activityDraft discovery and respond to discoveryDraft and respond to discovery related motionsRegularly attend court appearancesTake and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnessesDraft motions for summary judgment1st or 2nd chair trial experienceQualifications

Admitted to practice in the State of GeorgiaAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent research abilities and written and oral communication skillsSeniority level
