Description Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote. This role is not eligible for sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid Project based team leader Working knowledge of solutions and standards to maintain, support and manage business problems Analysis and translation of business requirements into functional processes or solutions that meet business needs Create functional designs, combining business needs and system design/functionality Develop and perform quality test processes, specifications and requirements for engineers to follow Develop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for the customer Risk mitigation planning Conduct system reviews, producing reports reflecting efficiencies and deficiencies Act as liaison between the Product Manager and the team engineers Manage workflow for the team engineers Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Ability to understand and follow directions Adaptable to change Basic Computer Skills Analytical Thinking Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities Problem/Situation Analysis Technical Expertise Leadership/Management Skills Ability to work as part of a team EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred 2-4 years' experience in IT required, and experience with SQL Server, Director, DocuSign and eOriginal is a plus TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION Minimal travel is expected. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information. Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
