TikTok's Global Marketing team helps ensure we're delivering on this mission through all of our marketing and communication efforts, helping set the brand tone and bring the brand story to life through constant marketing innovation across advertising, digital engagement, and social storytelling.

About the Team:This is a new role, in a newly created Global marketing team with core responsibilities for developing and launching Global Campaigns and Scaled Programs, in partnership with regional & global marketing teams. This role will be based in the US and have sole point of contact for all Global Campaigns & Programs in the Americas region (and across LATAM - with focus on US+BR). Reporting directly to Head of Global Campaigns and Programs, based in Australia and in partnership with Global Head of Integrated Marketing, based in Brazil.

Responsibilities:Develop, implement and measure best-practice Scaled Programs & Global Campaigns to promote a healthy and loved TikTok brand in top/priority markets globally (focus on Americas).Understand and constantly research global and local market trends and user demands; including a broad market landscape understanding of best performing brand campaigns across related category and any other relevant brand work in key Americas markets.Have a thorough understanding of both previous Americas priority market in-market best-practice, user on platform and non-user behaviour off platform, and existing internal media and creative strategies relevant to priority markets.Work with Global Head of GCAP Marketing to develop best-practice business briefs and associated core marketing processes to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration & measurable impact, trans-created and fit for purpose in priority Americas markets.Build and lead socialisation of these briefs and give direction to all regional marketing cross-functional leads and teams and key stakeholders: including in-market and global partners in media, creative, strategy and analytics, social and communications teams to help execute programs aligned to the Global Campaigns & Scaled Programs team strategy & mission.You will be instrumental in partnering with the local US Integrated Marketing Lead and their marketing and cross-functional teams in Americas (including markets US + BR) to ensure smooth strategic alignment, and project execution: including helping define core milestones, resources, defining roles and responsibilities among cross-functional teams, communicating campaign progress back to the Global Campaigns & Programs team.Your role is to work as a conductor of the overall strategic and executional campaign components, including building the strategy for, and oversee execution of, Global Campaigns and Scaled Programs specifically tailored to success in priority Americas markets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:Extensive and proven experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, brand reputation, diversity projects, partnership or co-branding; specifically in the US/NA markets.Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to create robust strategies with focus on measurement of marketing campaigns and programs.Highly motivated and result-oriented self-starter.Capability to thrive in a high-speed tech environment.Proven and comprehensive background in project management and operational tasks within projects (contracts, payments, reports, etc).

Preferred Qualifications:Strong experience in all core marketing techniques such as TV, OOH, print, social media, paid media, influencer and measurement.Ability to provide excellent and detail-oriented operational process support, comprehensive marketing strategy and overall executional excellence across key markets and marketing teams, as determined.Experience leading and managing business critical cross-functional projects, budgets, and timelines, and able to motivate and inspire with their projects (including agencies).Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and influence senior stakeholders.Super strong collaboration skills, ability to work across regions / markets easily.

Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $101,333 - $188,522 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
