Short DescriptionThe Grants Coordinator is the primary contact for grants within the Women’s and Children’s Institute.

The Grants Coordinator liaise with funders, internal and external stakeholders.

The Grants Coordinator is responsible for managing numerous processes, tasks, and projects through a combination of working independently and as part of a team.

Monitor grant activities and ensure all grant requirements are met

Prepare interim and final grant reports.

Keep management aware of grant opportunities and key deadlines.

Organize and compile appropriate data, draft text, and prepare grant applications and proposals for submission to funders.

Coordinate and ensure the timely submission of agency private/foundation grants applications.

Identify, pursue and write new sources of both public and private grant revenue.

Write external and internal

communications whether print (newsletters, annual reports, brochures, etc.) or web-based

Assist with special projects and complete other duties as assigned by the President and CEO.

Will be required to register and schedule patients per grant requirements.

Update patient insurance coverage/guarantor accounts per grant requirements.

Maintain and update patient registration records for grant billing purposes.

Experience Required0-2 years

Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree
