Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence.Directs the operational leadership of radiology Imaging to include X-ray, CT, MRI, US, NM, and any other modality that falls under their purview. Leads the operational day-to-day processes and protocols, aligning the department with the Bon Secours Mercy mission and values. Develops and implements policies, procedures, goals, and objectives to set a clear vision of departmental success. Directly and through the use of managers, supervisors, and leads, manages personnel, prepares and monitors operating budgets and capital budgets, quality assurance, staffing levels, goal and objective attainment, as well as site-specific strategic leadership in the planning, development, and organization of imaging services within the hospital and freestanding imaging centers aligned with it. Oversees regulatory compliance measures and accreditation. Collaborates with other hospital directors in the market in strategic partnerships in utilization management, access strategy, payor relations, supply chain, quality, financial management, capital budgeting, as well as patient and physician relations.
