What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Support the maintenance and enhancement of business-critical web-based applications in productionConduct technical root cause analysis and lead solutions for production issuesCollaborate with business partners and data scientists to build and maintain systems and processesIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements for operational efficiencyCreate and maintain Jira tickets for tracking, updates, and follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 7+ years of development experience in the Salesforce EcosystemStrong knowledge of all Salesforce platforms and applicationsExcellent listening, oral, and written communication skillsExperience in migrating classic code to Lightning Web Components (LWC)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Salesforce Certification(s) preferredMuleSoft API certification(s) preferredBackground in C#, Python, or Talend preferredUnderstanding of HIPAA and patient data privacy preferredExperience working in an Agile/Scrum/XP environment is a plus
