This role will work cross functionally within the ASC to develop the long-term strategic plans to achieve annual CCI goals as well as build cost reduction capability within the sites. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for leading teams to develop new projects to drive large scale savings by reviewing manufacturing processes and performance more holistically throughout the ASC as well as investigating new manufacturing technologies.Responsibilities:Working with cross functional partners, develop the LTP (3-5 year) CCI strategy to advance the supply chain through loss eliminationEnsure annual CCI goals are achieved through annual masterplan executionLead teams to develop new cost reduction ideas to drive breakthrough performanceInvestigate how new manufacturing technologies may benefit the ASC through cost reduction/capacity increasesDevelop business cases including quantification of costs and savings to assist in CAAP project justificationsManage budget, scope, and schedule to meet project success criteriaLead internal and external resources as per project requirementsEnsure projects comply with all standards, policies, proceduresWork with plant teams to review loss analysis and identify opportunities for improvementProvide coaching to sites and Americas CI Managers, Plant Managers, and Functional/Manufacturing Directors.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience with capital and CCI project execution.Must have demonstrated experience leading teams.Must have demonstrated continuous improvement experience.Ability to build strong partnerships and influence across functions and across levels of the organization.Ability to work with external consultantsAbility to collaborate across different sites regionally. Ability to build diverse, inclusive teams to drive innovation and business results.Ability to lead significant culture change through strong people change management, which includes ability to coach and develop others in leadership and technical competency.Ability to proactively lead and coach teams to solve advanced problems and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.Ability to analyze complex information to make judgments and decisions using advanced problem-solving tools.Ability to work cross functionally and align overlapping and competing requirements to achieve an acceptable desired end state for all partiesExperience in the manufacturing environment both with packaging and processing systemsExperience with managing manufacturing projectsExperience with implementing and leading change on the manufacturing floor, training in change management is an assetCross-functional program and/or project management experienceTechnical documentation - Knowledge of and ability to maintain technical documentationMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
