Overview:We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources (HR) team in support of various people related tasks including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion and employee engagement. As a member of the HR team, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional HR services and programs, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination and execution of essential HR processes. This is a hybrid role located in our Boston, MA office.What you will do:Lead and manage the full life cycle of the internship and coop programs including sourcing and recruitment, the offer stage, onboarding, and program design, execution and management.Administer and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes including background checks, exit interviews, etc.Lead and manage end-to-end work authorization and immigration processes for interns, exchange program participants, new hires and employees.Support the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council and contribute to DEI efforts through planning, coordination and execution.Lead the administration and reporting for the firm's learning management system, ensuring seamless enrollment management, user management, reporting and curation and maintenance of the eLearning content library.Coordinate firm-wide learning programs to support continuous development, including scheduling, tracking, new hire training, quarterly CLS program, and educational/networking events.Maintain and analyze charitable contributions, sponsorship requests, and corporate campaign reporting.Manage internal communications related to community giving/volunteer programs, using various communication channels.Organize volunteer and educational opportunities for employees with community partners and local organizations.Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement events.Participate in various HR projects as needed (i.e. reporting, audit requests, etc.).What you will bring:A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services organization.Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, psychology or other related field.Ability to prioritize, multitask and excel in a fast paced, collaborative, team oriented environment.Aptitude for problem solving with a creative, solutions orientated approach.Unwavering commitment to act with integrity, professionalism and discretion with confidential matters.Ability to build and cultivate effective partnerships with employees across the organization.Excellent ability to actively listen and strong communication skills.Strong work ethic, attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.Who we are:We put the best interests of our clients, employees, communities, and environment first in everything we do.
