We are hiring a UX and visual designer to develop, create, and modify user interfaces and design assets for our organization. Candidate should have a strong portfolio and experience in the industry.This role will contribute to visionary work on commercial marketplace, showcasing the vision through a series of demo videos. So, the role requires strong visual design skills and experience in building design assets for video as well as standard UX design skills.Job Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality design assets (UX & visual) on timeUtilize Figma to create designs and prototypesCreate scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of enterprise products, and services.Work collaboratively on a larger design team made up of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers and front-end developers focused on end-to-end experiences.Follow coherent patterns and guidelines or help create them as applicable.Execute all design activities with high-quality and thoroughness.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of ExperienceMinimum 10 years experience with Visual Design Skills, but would consider candidates with less years of experience if they have strong portfolioMinimum 10 years experience with UX/UI Dessign Skills, but would consider candidates with less years of experience if they have strong portfolioProficient with FIGMASkills:Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX (depth and breadth) & visual design workExperience in software design and developmentExperience in professional UX/UI developmentExperience with visual design for digital purposes (PPT design, brand design, logo design, icon creation)Strong communication and problem solving skillsGood fundamental design skills (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) and creation of a variety of visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and motion and visual guidelinesAbility to quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, concept maps, prototypes, interaction guidelines and other related artifacts for a strong interaction point-of-viewAbility to create videos and video assets is preferredAbility to design in 2D and 3D is preferredEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field requiredThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.62 to $77.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Client Description
