Our family-oriented hospitality client is looking for a hands-on Creative Services Director to join their team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be brand savvy and have the ability to translate business needs into powerful creative execution. This position will require 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) on-site in Chicago, IL, with Monday and Friday as optional work from home days.Minimum Qualifications:Experience leading both an in-house creative team as well as an agency creative team, ideally for a consumer brand, retail, or hospitality.Demonstrated strong creative background in integrated marketing with an emphasis on digital and social.Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience managing a team which includes growing, developing, and building teams.Strong communication with both internal stakeholders as well as external agency partners.Responsibilities:40% hands-on and 60% strategic leadership.Elevating the quality of design and conceptual work to be used in multiple channels.Oversee design and content development for both in-house and agency partners.Provide guidance and leadership to the creative services team.Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
