Our family-oriented hospitality client is looking for a hands-on Creative Services Director to join their team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be brand savvy and have the ability to translate business needs into powerful creative execution. This position will require 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) on-site in Chicago, IL, with Monday and Friday as optional work from home days.Minimum Qualifications:Experience leading both an in-house creative team as well as an agency creative team, ideally for a consumer brand, retail, or hospitality.Demonstrated strong creative background in integrated marketing with an emphasis on digital and social.Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience managing a team which includes growing, developing, and building teams.Strong communication with both internal stakeholders as well as external agency partners.Responsibilities:40% hands-on and 60% strategic leadership.Elevating the quality of design and conceptual work to be used in multiple channels.Oversee design and content development for both in-house and agency partners.Provide guidance and leadership to the creative services team.Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the company’s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
